If you are not satisfied with your Personal Numerology Report or 12-Month Numerology Calendar, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No complicated hoops — just email us and tell us it wasn't for you.
Email contact@enterpedia.net from the address you used to order, with your order number (it starts with ENP- or CAL-). We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Because our products are personalized digital goods delivered instantly, we may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund of the same product, or requests made after the 14-day window. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
The free Life Path calculator is, of course, free — there is nothing to refund.
